Booking an appointment should be as simple as possible. Our practice at Florastraße 8 offers two uncomplicated paths: 24/7 online booking via Doctolib or a classic phone call during opening hours. Either typically leads to an appointment within days to a few weeks – faster for acute concerns.
Getting a gynecologist appointment in Dormagen should not be a battle
Too many women are used to hitting rejections: "We are not currently accepting new patients" or "The next free slot is in September." We know how frustrating that is.
In our practice in Dormagen it is different. We are deliberately new, deliberately open for new patients – whether you come from Dormagen, Neuss, Düsseldorf, Cologne or Leverkusen. Booking runs via Doctolib around the clock or by phone. You find a slot, we look forward to seeing you.
How booking online and by phone works
You have two paths:
- Doctolib (recommended). You choose the type of consultation (e.g. annual check-up, prenatal care, hormone consultation), see open slots and get a confirmation by email. Advantages: 24/7 booking, email or SMS reminders, and online reschedule/cancellation.
- Phone. During opening hours you reach our team directly at +49 2133 / 97 78 020. For personal concerns, acute topics or video-consultation requests, a phone call is often the fastest route. Outside hours please leave a message – we call back the next working day.
For a video consultation (Mondays 8–10 pm) you also book via Doctolib. Requirement: you have been seen in person once in the current quarter (German KBV rule).

We are currently settling into the practice. For now you can reach me in person only on Fridays from 8:30 – 12:00.
What to know about booking at our gynecology practice
A few practical notes:
- Acute concerns. For acute pain, bleeding or suspected infection, please call directly. We find a short-notice slot.
- Cancellations. If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance – via Doctolib, phone or email. That way another patient can take the slot.

- English. Consultations in English are always possible – please mention it when booking.
